In case of damaged items, the package never received, the wrong item received, or any other concerns or issues with your order. Please email us at info@velmatrayham.com to initiate a return.
In the email, you must state the issue, the tracking number, the product number, the date the order was received, your address, and a high-quality image of any damages on the product.
We will not issue a return or refund if we do not have all the information stated above.
